1.How do I place an order?

You can place an order 24 hours a day at directhitgolfflags.com. Our ordering process is easy and secure. If you prefer, you may fax your order to (253) 941-0102 (please include the items you want, your shipping address, your billing address as it appears on your credit card account, and your full credit card information including expiration date or your purchase order number if you have an account number and credit terms with Direct Hit Golf Flags).

2. How can I check the status of my order?

For an update on the status of your order you may e-mail us at anytime at customerservice@directhitgolfflags.com

You will receive an e-mail notification once your order has been received. You will receive a second e-mail once your order is shipped, including a tracking number linked to our freight carrier’s website. If an item that you have ordered is backordered or sold out, you will receive an e-mail explaining your options.

  • BACK ORDERS: A backordered item is an item that we do not currently have in stock but is on order or easily available from the manufacturer. Backorders can usually be filled within three weeks. You will be notified of an approximate ship date and given the opportunity to accept, change, or cancel the item.
  • SOLD OUT ITEMS: If an item that you have ordered is sold out you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose another item or cancel the order.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

4. I am a distributor/retailer, how do I establish volume/distributor status to receive wholesale pricing?

If you are a distributor or retailer and you would like to receive a wholesale price list, please call our toll free number (877)946-6263 and ask for sales. We will work with you to establish credit terms (if requested) and assign a distributor access, which will allow you to log onto the website featuring designated prices. If you are a retailer, you will be required to fax a copy of your resale certificate for our records. You may also send an e-mail request to info@directhitgolfflags.com requesting distributor/retailer pricing.

5. Can I custom decorate your wind speed flags?

Customization is available. Please call (877) 946-6263 to speak with a sales person to help you. You may also e-mail your request to customerservice@directhitgolfflags.com.

7. How can I send feedback?

Whether you wish to submit a testimonial about our flags, have a question regarding installation, or simply have a suggestion, we welcome your input. Visit our Customer Service page and click on Contact Us or call us at (877) 946-6263, or fax us at (253) 941-0102.

8. What about privacy?

Your privacy is very important to us. We are committed to ensuring that all customer information is kept confidential. We do not sell or share our customer list.

The demographic information collected during the registration process is used to provide you with information about new products, discounts, and updates to our Web site.

Should you decide that you do not want to receive information from us, please e-mail us at customerservice@directhitgolfflags.com and we will remove you from our marketing list. Please include the exact name and address that you used when you registered on our site.

9. What is your return policy?

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly accept unopened or unused merchandise for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Please e-mail us at customerservice@directhitgolfflags.com or phone us at (877) 946-6263. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions.
